Soon enough, restaurants will be reopening their doors to us, and in order for you to have the best dining experiences and gain the best rewards, here are 4 simple ways for you to get the most out of the LUX app!
1. Link a payment card
This is the easiest way to claim your points. Rather than uploading photos of your receipt which you can easily forget to do, you can automatically gain your points if your payment card is linked.
Your card will never be charged, and you only have to register it once. After that, you can trust LUX to earn you points seamlessly.
How to link your card:
Simply click the ‘Home’ tab and click ‘Link a Payment Card’. After this, enter your debit/credit card details and put your feet up!
2. Turn on notifications for LUX
Turning on the notifications is a simple way for you to make sure you don’t miss out on up to 10% back on your restaurant spend.
By doing this, you will be reminded when you’re in a LUX venue to use our App and gain beneficial updates about the latest restaurant and reward additions.
(LUX only sends notifications about the information that is helpful to you, so don’t worry, you won't get bombarded!)
How to turn on notifications:
Scroll to the bottom of the ‘Home’ tab, click on ‘Account’ and then ‘Notification settings’.
3. Favourite some rewards
After carefully selecting a list of luxury rewards, LUX is sure to have something for you.
Each reward requires a certain amount of points to be redeemed, and by favouriting the ones you love best, you will know exactly how many points you need.
And thanks to our handy progress bars that sit at the bottom of the reward, you can see how close you’re getting to achieving it!
How to favourite rewards:
Head to the ‘Home’ tab, click ‘favourite some rewards’, and then click the ‘heart’ that sits on the right-hand side of the rewards you wish to favourite.
Refer a friend
Referring a friend is a great way to gain free points!
If you’re close to achieving a reward, the 3,000 points you can claim through your friend joining with your referral code could make all the difference.
How to refer a friend:
If you scroll to the bottom of the ‘Home’ tab, you will find the ‘Refer a friend’ button.
